Shipping Costs

Every order from Aster Row ships completely free, wherever you are in the world. There are no delivery fees, hidden charges, or surprise surcharges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Aster Row also covers any applicable customs duties and import taxes, so your order will never arrive with unexpected fees to settle.

Tracking & Secure Delivery

Every order is fully tracked and delivered securely, so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your door with complete peace of mind. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking details so you can monitor its progress at every stage.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All items are dispatched promptly from the warehouse nearest to your delivery address, helping ensure efficient, timely arrival.

United States

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery: 3–9 business days (Monday to Friday)

International Orders

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 2–10 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery: 3–12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note that these timeframes are estimates. While we work hard to meet them, delivery windows may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cut-Off

Orders placed before 11:00 PM (EST) enter our fulfillment queue the same business day. Orders received after that time will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that processing and transit times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

No Additional Charges

The price you pay at checkout is final. We cover all postage, handling, duties, and import taxes — you will never be asked to pay anything extra to receive your order.
